Dear Akter,

Which letter you are sending me several time that is offer letter which not mean you are appointed. This offer letter means you agree or not. If you agree we send you the contract letter.

But you change your position and you like to work in Chittagong Port. In that moment I wrote you if you like to work in Chittagong Port your offer letter will be invalid. 

You send your document where others employees documents where it showing they are waiting four months. You wrote Mr. Nur and Mr. Amit quit their job first point is that we didn't say anyone to quit their job. and last and final point is unless they sign any documents with us that is not our liabilities.

You are sending the old mails which I have. I don't need to see that. I want to know how it is four months. Their revised letter was 

1. Md. Akhter Hossain                          -           Probably date 28/01/2018 (No Contract Agreement and Employment Contract Issues)

1. Mr. Amit Micheal Prodhan                 -           Probably date 28/01/2018 (No Contract Agreement signed and Employment Contract Issues))

2. Mr. Nur Alam                                   -           Probably date 28/01/2018 (No Contract Agreement signed and Emplyment Contract Issues)

3. Francisca Gomes Sumi                     -           Probably date 28/01/2018 (No Contract Agreement signed and Employment Contract Issues)

You emtioned we changed 12 times our dates. Yes we agree we change our dates but it is not 12 times. As per our documents it is 5 -6 times and there is no our fault. It is mismanagement and high athority issues. 

Mr. Choudhury is coming and we will integrated him with Mr. Mannan. Noone can blackmail us. What all of you are doing it is not rightway to embrassase to anyone.

Good Morning. I am extremely sorry I can’t make the programme today. I can’t make it before 15th March. I know all you are facing serious problems and some of you came from outside of Dhaka but due to some unavoidable circumstances we failed to arrange the programme today.
